High frequency welding robot arm
Step 1: The product is manually loaded and fixed in the loading and unloading station of the machine slide, and the corresponding slide switch is pressed;
Step 2: The product is transported from the slide to the robot welding station;
Step 3: The product is automatically welded by the robot at each welding point, and the welding process is detected by the infrared temperature control system to ensure stable operation of the machine;
Step 4: The completed product is automatically transported from the slide to the loading and unloading station on the slide, and during the transportation process, the operator is protected by the grating;
Step 5: The finished product is manually removed.
The machine is equipped with dual workstations for loading and unloading, and one robot for welding.
