Common silver solder paste for brazing
Composition of silver solder paste
A paste like silver solder paste composed of silver based metal alloy powder, flux, and binder.
The silver content of metal alloy powder is divided into 15%, 45%, 50%, 56%, 72%, etc.
This silver solder paste does not require flux during use
The brazing temperature ranges from around 600-850 ℃
Stable performance, easy to use, long-term storage without clumping or sedimentation, strong activity, good fluidity, smooth and smooth welding seams, and residual welding residue.
Applicable base materials
Stainless steel, hard alloy, copper, copper alloy, carbon steel, silver alloy, silver nickel alloy, polycrystalline diamond and other workpieces.
Brazing of the same or different metals.
Brazing equipment
Suitable for flame welding, induction brazing, resistance welding, furnace welding and other brazing methods
The heating process ensures that the base material is uniformly heated, and stops heating after reaching the welding temperature.
Suitable for manual dispensing, or pneumatic dispensing, fully automatic dispensing.
Preparation work before welding
Pre welding cleaning, degreasing, and ultrasonic cleaning of the base material.
Application industry
Stainless steel workpiece brazing, dental tools, food equipment, silver jewelry, precision instruments, glasses industry, woodworking tools, hardware tools, silver contacts, refrigeration, plumbing, bathroom and other industries.
Storage of silver solder containing flux
1. Avoid storing in strong cold and hot environments, and it is recommended to store at an ambient temperature of 4-22 ℃;
2. Avoid storing near open flames or high heat sources;
3. Use the solder paste in stock in a "first out" order.
Stirring of silver solder paste
1. Before placing the silver solder containing flux into the storage, gently stir the solder paste with a downward and upward motion of a spatula to ensure complete uniformity. Even in the absence of obvious separation or stratification, stirring should be carried out. Do not use metal spatulas as they may scrape off some plastic from the container and leave it in the solder paste. Power mixers cannot be used without consulting the factory.
2. Do not attempt to dilute the solder paste with other diluents! That could potentially lead to adverse chemical reactions.
